Photo booth software cost at a glance
All prices on this page are in US dollars, as read on 3 October 2026 from each vendor's own page. Prices can change, and some figures came from extracted plan tables, so confirm before you buy.
There are four ways vendors charge: a monthly subscription, a discounted annual plan, a per-event or per-week pass, and a one-time license. The cheapest way depends on how many events you run in a year.
Monthly subscription prices by vendor
Entry plan first, then the top published tier.
- LumaBooth: Apple and Android $19.99/month. Windows $49.99/month.
- Simple Booth: Core $49/month up to Select at $249/month. Enterprise is custom.
- Breeze Booth: $49/month per device.
- MoveBooth: Lite $49.99, Plus $149.99, Pro $249.99 per month.
- Fiesta: Plus $59/month, Pro $119/month.
- Snappic: Starter $69/month up to Scale at $399/month.
- Curator Live: Standard $69/month up to Agency Pro at $249/month.
- Booth.Events: prices load by script and could not be read.
Annual billing and what it saves
Paying yearly lowers the rate, and for a few vendors it is the only rate shown.
- LumaBooth: $17/month for Windows and $18/month for Apple or Android when billed annually.
- Touchpix: PhotoPass $263.94/year, MultiPass $528/year, MultiPass Pro $844.80/year, Enterprise $1,320/year. A month-to-month price was not shown.
- Foto Master: FMX for iPad $32/month per device and FMX for Windows $33/month per device, billed annually.
- MoveBooth: Lite $499.99/year, Plus $1,499.99/year, Pro $2,499.99/year, about 17% less than paying monthly.
- Simple Booth: Core $490/year, Plus $990/year, Pro $1,490/year.
- Snappic: 20% off on annual billing. The annual figures are not printed.
Per-event, weekly and one-time options
These suit people who run a booth a few times a year, or who dislike subscriptions.
- Curator Live: $29, $59 or $99 per event depending on plan.
- Snappic: its comparison page mentions plans from $29 per event. That figure was not on the pricing page.
- Simple Booth: Lite $15/week, Core $24/week, Plus $49/week.
- Darkroom Booth: $295 one-time for Windows, with optional maintenance at $95/year and a 10-day license at $45 for existing customers.
- Breeze Remote Pro: $349 per license for Windows with 12 months of updates.
The extras that raise the bill
The headline price is rarely the whole cost. Watch for these.
Devices: MoveBooth and Breeze Booth charge per device or per active booth, while LumaBooth includes two. Curator Live's extra devices cost $199 to $999 per device per year. Events: Touchpix plans cap active events, from 2 on PhotoPass to 12 on Enterprise. Sharing stations: LumaShare is $7.99/month and FMShare is $9/month per device. Required add-ons: Foto Master needs a Cloud plan on top of the license. Credits: Simple Booth's AI effects use account credits. Fees: Touchpix's paywall feature takes 10% per transaction, or 5% on Enterprise.
Feature tiers matter too. Data capture, 360 and AI often sit above the entry plan, so price the plan that holds the feature you need.
What MoveBooth costs in practice
MoveBooth has no per-event or per-share fees, and every plan includes unlimited events. The cost driver is the tier: lead capture is not on Lite, so a buyer who wants contacts pays $149.99/month for Plus. Each concurrent booth needs its own license. Once a software subscription is active it is non-refundable.
It is not the low-cost option. LumaBooth and Simple Booth both list more capture modes for less, and MoveBooth does not print. Its case rests on lead capture. Hardware and rental are priced separately on the MoveBooth pricing breakdown. To try before paying, see free trials for iPad booth apps.
