MoveBooth alternatives at a glance

The main MoveBooth alternatives are below, with entry prices as read on 3 October 2026. Prices can change, and this site has not tested any of these products.

  • LumaBooth: Apple or Android $19.99 per month, Windows $49.99 per month; first two devices included; sharing station costs extra
  • Snappic: Starter $69 per month; Apple devices only; video, AI and 360 start at Business, $189 per month
  • Simple Booth: Core $49 per month or $24 per week; iPad only; data capture forms start at Pro, $149 per month
  • Touchpix: PhotoPass $22 per month billed annually; iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux; 360 needs MultiPass

  • Darkroom Booth: $295 one time; Windows only; no iPad app

If you need a DSLR, printing, Windows or Android

MoveBooth has no printing and no DSLR support, and it runs only on iPad. LumaBooth is the broadest answer. Its vendor lists Windows, iPad, iPhone, Mac and Android versions, Canon, Nikon and Sony camera support on Windows, and a green screen mode. dslrBooth is now sold as LumaBooth for Windows.

For printing, Simple Booth lists print among its sharing options on all paid plans. Darkroom Booth suits a single Windows and DSLR booth with no subscription: $295 once, with optional maintenance at $95 per year. Pick one of these over MoveBooth if a tethered camera, prints, green screen or a non-Apple device is what the job needs. See MoveBooth compared with LumaBooth.

If you need 360 video or AI effects

MoveBooth says it does not do 360 video, and its own Snappic comparison concedes Snappic is the better pick when 360 is core to the offer. Snappic adds 360, video and AI effects from its Business plan. Touchpix offers the modes needed for 360 from its MultiPass plan at $44 per month billed annually, on any of its supported operating systems. Booth.Events lists a 360 spinner mode on all plans, but its prices could not be read.

Choose one of these if 360 or AI output is what you sell. The detail is in MoveBooth compared with Snappic.

If you want iPad lead capture from another vendor

Simple Booth is the nearest like-for-like rival. It is also iPad only, and its data capture forms, Mailchimp connection and API start at the Pro plan. That is almost the same price as MoveBooth Plus at $149.99 per month. The difference is in the extras: Simple Booth lists print, QR and AirDrop sharing and a live integration, while MoveBooth exports CSV only. Choose Simple Booth if you need leads pushed into another tool automatically.

Other options with data collection include Fiesta, where phone and email collection is on the $119 per month Pro plan, and Breeze Booth. Our lead capture software guide compares them.

If you run only a few events a year

MoveBooth software is billed monthly or yearly, with no per-event option. Operators with occasional events may pay less elsewhere. Curator Live sells a Standard license at $29 per event. Simple Booth sells weekly access. MoveBooth does rent complete kits, from $399 per day on the Lite tier, which may suit a one-off activation better than a subscription.

When MoveBooth is still the right choice

MoveBooth holds up when the brief is narrow: an iPad booth at trade shows or brand events, digital delivery by email or text, and a contact list at the end. Every plan includes unlimited events and sharing, and the vendor is frank about what is missing.

Its limits are firm, though. There is no printing, no DSLR, no 360 and no green screen, and no independent user reviews were found. If none of those gaps affect you, read the MoveBooth review next.
