MoveBooth pricing: three software plans from $49.99 a month
MoveBooth pricing starts at $49.99 per month for Lite, rises to $149.99 for Plus and tops out at $249.99 for Pro. All figures are in US dollars, as read on 3 October 2026, and prices can change. Each license covers one active iPad booth at a time.
Every plan has unlimited events and unlimited sharing, so there are no per-event or per-share software fees. The step between plans is mostly about lead capture and how much of the guest messaging you can rewrite.
What each MoveBooth plan includes
The plan table on the pricing page lists the following. Our feature walk-through explains each item.
- Lite, $49.99 per month: stills, GIFs and boomerangs, email and SMS delivery, custom logo and one image overlay, remote dashboard, offline mode, knowledge base and chat support. No lead capture
- Plus, $149.99 per month: everything in Lite, plus lead capture for name, email and phone, required or optional fields, CSV download of leads, custom email subject lines and unlimited overlays for guests to choose
- Pro, $249.99 per month: everything in Plus, plus ZIP code and date of birth fields, full email copy, custom SMS copy with link, custom gallery heading and call to action, custom terms in the share form and priority support
Annual billing and how much it saves
Paying yearly costs $499.99 for Lite, $1,499.99 for Plus and $2,499.99 for Pro. The vendor puts the saving at 17% against twelve monthly payments, with the same features either way. Customers can switch between monthly and annual billing.
Annual billing deserves a pause. Software subscriptions are non-refundable once active, and no pro-rata refund wording for annual plans cancelled mid-term was found. If your event calendar is uneven, monthly billing costs more per month but commits less money up front.
Kiosk and rental prices
The software runs on any iPad, so hardware is optional. MoveBooth sells its own kiosk for a one-time $2,499. That buys an oval head with a dimmable LED ring, a three-piece metal stand, two faceplates, an LED remote, a flight case and a 1-year limited warranty. The iPad is not included.
Rental kits include a pre-installed iPad and the chosen software tier for the rental period. The daily rate covers 1 to 2 days and the weekly rate applies to 3 or more days.
- Lite rental: $399 per day or $799 per week
- Plus rental: $599 per day or $1,199 per week
- Pro rental: $799 per day or $1,499 per week
Costs the plan price does not cover
A few items sit outside the headline price. Kiosk and rental shipments go to the lower 48 US states only, and rentals must be booked at least 10 days in advance.
- Extra booths: subscriptions are per device, and multi-device pricing is by inquiry with no published figure
- The iPad itself, plus a stand or mount if you skip the kiosk
- Shipping: kiosk shipping is extra, and rental round-trip shipping is calculated at checkout
- Tax: tax treatment and non-USD pricing are not stated on the vendor's page
Which MoveBooth plan fits which buyer
Lite only makes sense if you want a branded digital booth and do not need contacts. At that level several rivals cost less, as our photo booth software cost guide shows. Plus is the real entry point for lead capture. Pro is worth the extra $100 a month only if you need ZIP code or date of birth, or want to rewrite the full email, SMS and gallery copy.
One limitation applies to every tier: there is no printing, so no plan upgrade will add prints. All software plans come with a 7-day trial, covered on the free trial page.
